This is a CVC matching game incorporated with ladybugs. Throughout this activity students will search for the word on the ladybug that matches each picture by placing the pictures on each words. Its a simple fluency activity to see how well students can read CVC words.

What is it? In this phonemic awareness activity students will identify the picture and drag the correct picture to the right word on the ladybug.

Who is it for? This is primarily for early readers who are just beginning to decode words. Students that has acquired the essential skills of letter recognition in the sounds that each letter makes, then this activity is a perfect for blending the sounds together to form words.

How to play it? Students will identify the picture and search for the correct word on the ladybug that matches the picture. The whole point of the activity is to comprehend how to read and spell words by identifying the sounds that each letter makes as each picture is dragged to its corresponding CVC words.

How to set it up?
